Modifier text font/wrap

we need the ability to change the modifier font size


the text for the modifiers also needs to wrap as all other buttons do

most modifiers are unreadable due to size and not wrapping

Ability to have two different photos for items, one for POS and another for ONLINE

Please add the ability to add two different photos for items, one for pos and one for online, or a toggle that turns off POS image but keeps online photo

86 List from FOH

If a restaurant is busy or a manager is not available, it's not possible to add an item to the 86 list.  It would be very helpful to be able to add something to the 86 list without going into back office first.

Reopen Closed Checks after close of day

Our merchants are in need of seeing the closed checks after the day is closed. Currently it’s only possible in the BO but we need this for FO also. Similar to refunds where you can find the checks, there needs to be a same way for Closed checks.

They also need to have the option to refund, return and void and it would work similar to Returns.

From the Bar Tab, it would be nice to have an option where you can disable the viewer's ability to see others checks at all. You cannot open it, sure, but what about not being able to see it in the first place.

BUG - Search Button

The search button has a bug where when you search for an item, sometimes they don’t pop-up, and sometimes you tap an item and a different item rings up.

Get rid of the REQUIRED first name and last name fields after adding the phone # on orders.

Customer is requesting that we get rid of the REQUIRED first name and last name fields after adding the phone # on orders.They want this done ASAP because they don't use the first and last name and think it shouldn't be required for orders.They only use the phone number to send notifications from the KDS Bump to customers when their orders are completed.

Void out held items without sending them to the kitchen

We need to be able to void held items without needing to send them to the kitchen. We have a client who often has customers cancel certain items on their order before they get sent to the kitchen, currently there is no way to void held items without first printing them to the kitchen.

Tax calculation Round off

We have been having issues with the tax on days that we have zero nontaxable. Because Linga rounds each menu item it overinflates the total tax at the end of the day. I looked at some tickets to explain what I am talking about.

For example, there was a ticket that had 4 menu items on it.

8.50

7.50

This equals $29 in total sales and you calculate the tax as $2.05. I think it should be $2.03

But, instead of you rounding each menu item individually I am suggesting you keep each taxon item as three digits and then add them together...then do the rounding on the subtotal. That will help us a lot with this issue and bring us closer to our numbers.

Therefore,

6.50=.455

6.50=.455

8.50=.595

7.50= .525

.455 + .455 + .595 + .525 =2.03

Here is another example:

subtotal = 21.90 and you say tax is 1.55. I think it should be 1.54

2.95 =.207

2.95 =.207

6.50 =.455

5.50 = .385

1.75 = .123

2.25 = .158

this equals 1.535. So this should round as 1.54

Please consider this method of rounding. We have used 4 different POS systems in the past and we have never encountered this problem

Ability to default guest count to 1 or disable it by service type

We would like to have the ability to set the default guest count when starting order to 1 and the server or bartender would only need to touch "Continue" or even better, it simply defaults to 1 and starts the check without the user having to touch "Continue" and then they could add more guests later if needed.
