Inventory Depletion for Online Ordering
Currently, Online ordering has no form of menu depletion to restrict selling products when sold out. We need the Online Ordering to sync with inventory and the 86 counts on the iPad.
The 86 system works great on the iPad but without it available & syncing to Online Ordering it does not work for certain business models.
During the Covid-19 pandemic is when this feature is needed the most.
Modifier Price for Online Order
Currently when doing online ordering, the price of additional modifiers is not reflected until you add the item to your cart.
This becomes problematic when you have tiered pricing or serving size dependant pricing on those modifiers.
There should be an option to enable displaying the current price of the modifiers next to them in online ordering.
Multiple Store Times and Pickup Times for online ordering
There is only one range for Store Time in the Web Order section. Merchants who close between lunch and dinner aren't able to include the break in the store times that show on their online ordering page for customers to see. They also are't able to prevent customers from placing a future order to be picked up during that time.
Custom Text for Web Order Email Receipt
Good evening Bao,
Hope you are doing great !!. The steps I told you before in the earlier email were to put a custom message into an email receipt for REGULAR orders. This email receipt template available at the back office does not apply to web orders. As of now, for web orders Email receipt we have a hardcoded template to which we cannot make any changes like the one required. Ability to collapse and expend subcategories in OLO
Would be nice to have the ability to collapse and expand sub-category listing in OLO. Currently, if you have sub-categories under a category, they are automatically expanded in OLO and you can't collapse them. I would like to have the option for them to be collapsed by default and then expand them when clicking on the category.
Surge ordering online orders
If a client is getting a surge in online orders , the system should analyze the backlog of orders and provide an updated estimation of approximate wait time for deliver or pickup.
OLO Suspend Order Type
OLO - There is no easy nor efficient method to temporarily disable/turn off/suspend either Pick Up or Delivery OLO. You have to log into the back end, click Web Order, Change Settings and then uncheck an Order Type and save. Other option is to mark the Store as Closed within the Hours section. Re-enabling either resets the hours back to default instead of saving the previously used hours meaning you have to update the hours every time you need to adjust the order type. This is very inefficient and troubling to customers.
Desired Outcome: Put a radio button within Operations on the POS front end to turn off or suspend a particular order type for OLO. Needs to be a lot more accessible than what it currently is and needs to work more efficiently. Thank you.
Enable descriptions at the Category or Sub Category level, not just item level.
Need the ability to add group level descriptions. Examples - "All Entree's include choice of soup or salad plus 1 side" or "
All tacos served with shredded cabbage, oaxca cheese, chopped onion, and cilantro", etc. The goal is to give the customer as much information as possible without having to repeat for all items within that same group/category. This would be applicable to both Kiosk and OLO where a picture and description can sell an item (or not).
allow for same day future order but not next day
I would like to be able to allow guest to order online for same day future ordering but not for the next day
Option to Disable/Modify OLO Tip
OLO Tip Settings
We should have the ability to do the following from the Web Order admin page:
- Disable the tip line from appearing if the store does not accept tips
- Enabled/Disable tips based on order type.
- IE: Tip options present on Delivery, but not on Pickup.
- IE: Tip options present on Delivery, but not on Pickup.
- Configure the pre-defined tip %.
All of the above should be a store setting instead of an account setting. Allowing individual stores in a franchise to customize this information.
