The ability to enable an automatic custom text confirmation message to the number entered once the party is added to the waiting list. This would include their approx. wait time and a custom message. This would be ideal to paste a URL pointing to the location's website / menu to view while they wait. Then we can use the existing notify button to text the party that their table is ready.  

When you select a party off of the waitlist and you assign that party have the system automatically prompt the user to assign that table to a particular server.  It becomes problematic that it assigns the table to the person that is handling the waitlist but if for security measures you have view other servers tables turned off, the server will not see that that table is already taken and they will not have access to the ticket in order to start the order.  The original owner of the table i.e."waitlist person" has to transfer the table.

Instead of using coursing, be able to sort the priority of how the menu item shows and also how it prints individually.

Ability to select more than one menu item at a time for moving to new split. Currently you can only move one item at a time.

We received a complaint that the order gets sent to the kitchen after a partial payment. Instead, can we have the option to send an order to the kitchen only after the balance reaches $0.00? This way the scenario where the kitchen picks up the order when there are not enough funds can be avoided. 

We will still have the ability to manually send the order to the Kitchen by selecting "Order" at staff's discretion so there should be no loss or issue with this change.

I think this can be a toggle option so if any business wants it to send on the first payment they can still do so. 

When building modifiers have the option to ‘Copy Modifiers” with all the previous Modifiers “Pre-Fixes and Serving Sizes”.

This will come in handy when building complicated Menus such as Diners.

Customer is a vape shop with a lot of items with similar names. They are requesting improvements to the search function in the pos. 
if they start a search for an item that is multiple words they have to get the words in the correct order for it to find it, if they miss a word in the middle it won't find it.
eg "Kratom Vape Raspberry" will find it, "Kratom Raspberry" will not find it.

The ability to turn off the hold and fire functionality in roles. I have a customer that doesn't want their servers to be able to do that.

the option to not seat print SEAT should be available for ALL service types.

Not all table service restaurants like to use the seat option.
