Anyone having connectivity issues with the IP version customer display app on iOS? CDS freezes in middle of taking a customer's order. Merchant isn't aware until another customer advises them that their order isn't accurate. Merchant has to force close the CDS app and reopen it for it to reconnect and reflect the correct customer's order. This occurs at all locations using IP CDS version and has occurred several times during a shift. I confirmed that the IP address are reserved. Bluetooth worked pretty good as long as the iPads remained on and didn't enter sleep mode or turn off. Reconnecting Bluetooth always required more steps and even force closing both applications for it to reconnect but don't recall ever losing connection during use. 

Integration with fourth technologies to streamline employee onboarding process required for large franchise group.

We want to display modifier group names along with selected modifiers' names in invoice, customer display and kitchen display so that they can be differentiated easily. I am sharing a screenshot which shows a long list of modifiers from different groups but since the modifier group is not showing it is too confusing.I am also sharing a reference photograph which is showing is our exact requirement.

Requesting for RETAIL items.

iOS version first please. then later Android. 

The ability when a retail item is scanned or tapped into the POS ( being rung up on a check), to prompt for a "CHECK ID" box for an alcohol or tobacco product. Basically a modifier prompt for a retail category or a box to pop up to notify the cashier to CHECK the ID of the customer. It would be category specific to alcohol, tobacco/ cigar, etc. This prompt should also pop up on the CUSTOMER DISPLAY side as well. so the customer knows to present their ID card.

The ability to just choose the Time (not date) that an item is going to be available on the POS and OLO.

For example:  Lunch Items should only appear from 8:30am-5:00pm (doesn't matter what day of the week).

We would like to be able to set auto gratuity by item, not just by seat count. So for instance, we may have a beverage item that shouldn’t have auto gratuity, but apply auto gratuity on food items.

With the patch that auto-closes the error message, barcode scanning errors now do not interrupt scanning.  Before, if I scanned a barcode that was not recognized, the error would prevent all other scans.  Now, if I have 10 items, if the 3rd item doesn't scan, I may not notice that 1 or other items did not get added to the check.

Currently there is no way to swipe a manager card into the employee PIN section.  The issue is most manager cards to not have the card number written on them for security reasons, so there is no way for a card to be assigned.

Every restaurant makes mistakes in food service. We need a " refire button" that would let the kitchen know to redo certain  thing.When it is hit it would be nice if it would got in front of all other order on the KDS. It would also help us track Makeovers better than the way you have it now. that process is too long to do when you are very busy 

Had a prospect ask me about the ability to do recurring billing from the FOH. They want to offer a subscription/membership feature that they could sell from the front of house pos screen and have the system automatically bill their customer a preset monthly amount ongoing either until a preset expire date or until the customer cancels the subscription.
