Add email verification to sign up process for customer loyalty
When a customer signs up for a Loyalty/Online Ordering account there should be some form of email verification. We have had several customers contact us because they are not able to sign into their account on another platform only to find out the email was just entered wrong during sign-up by 1 character.
loyalty point redemptions
We would like to restrict Loyalty points for customers placing web orders. Currently we only allow $25 to be redeemed per visit in the restaurant. Unfortunately, a person can place a web order and use ALL their points to pay for the order. It would be better if we could limit the redemption amount or restrict redemption of Loyalty rewards on web ordering.
Item Based Loyalty
if you set item based loyalty then regardless of the amount of times you order the item in the same sale you will only earn the loyalty once.
e.g coke is set to 1 loyalty point - if 3 cokes are ordered in the same sale you will only earn 1 point instead of 3. the points should accumulate based on the quantity ordered in the same sale and not just once
By 10 get 1 free loyalty
our main loyalty is when a customer has purchased 10 coffees (over a period) and is entitled to get one free for every 10 they buy.
this is a standard industry wide loyalty scheme used in every coffee chain i have ever been in..,.
Ideally we want the customer name etc (data) in the system so we can use it for future offers...
currently they hold a cardboard credit card size card that we punch holes in for each coffee they purchase... when they have purchase 10 coffees (card is full of holes) then we give them a free coffee
Enter customer info and continue to ring up items
We have a retail vape chain that is asking for the ability to continue entering items on the ipad while the customer is entering their details on the CDS. Currently when they start a new customer profile on the CDS they are unable to continue scanning items in the POS until the customer is done entering details.
Apply Item-Based Loyalty like Item-Based Discount
When allowing a large number of items to be available for Item-Based Loyalty redemption, the operator must order the item through the loyalty screen.
It would be much easier for the operator to be able to also order the item and deduct the points by selecting the item, then either select discount, or add a loyalty button to this screen so they can apply loyalty reward.
Loyalty enhancements / fixes
When attempting to apply a loyalty award, and the transaction fails because the customer has not met the point requirement, can we have the error state WHY the transaction failed? Currently it just says, 'unknown error'. '
Additionally, can we have Loyalty tender NOT present when the requirements are not met?
Loyalty does not work
I've just spent an hour setting up a points based loyalty only to find that it doesn't work when using the WEB version of POS
We can't go live without this working on the web version
