Change request in the Print for Cash Rewards

Hi, my name is Chris and I’m with Turnkey Processing. I was told to message you guys about an issue with one of our merchant’s Schueller’s. We have Instant Cash Reward turned on for them at 4% and on the printed receipt for the bill, instead of saying “If paid by cash, you will get $0.63”, can we have it say the actual amount it would be if paid by cash instead of the amount in cash they are getting back? Or can we have a line that says the total in cash please? The owner really needs this feature on the receipt because he doesn’t want his customers to have to do math to figure out the total of what the bill would be in cash instead of credit. I’ve attached a picture of one of the receipts for reference.

Department by Sub Category

Be able to assign departments by sub category and not just category. For example.. I have a a bar category, but that includes liqour, beer, wine.. I  have the category Bar linked to Liqour Department.. but really need to be broken out.

Check status tender types

Currently under the "Check Stats" > "Closed" check "clipboard" icon is very useful in seeing the order summary, tax summary etc, however it does not show HOW it was paid: Cash, Credit Card, Gift Card, Loyalty etc until the check is printed. We need to be able to see the tender.

Customer-Friendly Checkout without Customer Display

We are a quick service business and don't have a separate Customer Display... instead we rotate our iPad to face the customer so that they can choose a tip and do the majority of checkout on their own. Customers are constantly confused during the checkout process with a credit card because of the interface. After entering a tip they get this screen and don't know what to do next.

The balance amount confuses them because they haven't paid yet so they don't know why the balance is $0, and they don't know to hit Process EMV because most normal people don't actually know what EMV means! Ha. 


The option for a more user-friendly checkout without a customer display would be much appreciated!

Payment screen layout changes

On the Payment screen on the right. Would it be possible to raise the Submit button on the right making the Keypad on the top smaller and the cash choices bigger on the bottom.

Ability to enter cash tips claimed after clock out.

Would be nice to enter cash tips claimed for an employee shift after they have clocked out. Sometimes they forget to clock out and then get clocked out at end of day or have a missed punch. We need be able to go back and edit time and also cash tips claimed.

Cashier Restriction to own register.

On QSR setups clients would like to restrict cashiers from using each others registers. 


Example: Employee A should not be able to enter orders or cash out orders on Employee B Ipad & Cash Drawer. 

When this happens the reports and the tills do not balance.
