Be able to display Optional Modifiers Groups before Mandatory Modifier Groups on an item
Sometimes we want the mandatory modifiers to show after an optional modifier group. In some cases it make sense for how the modifiers print to the kitchen. I know I can use Mandatory Modifier groups and set the min to "0", but then the group is indicated with a "Red" square which is visually meant to indicate a mandatory selection and there are cases when you get confusing messages about what needs to be picked.
Same Day Refund
Hi Linga Team,
On behalf of Coastal Point of Sale, I would like to request for the same day refund feature to be added to the refund section in Operations menu, we are starting to grow in retail stores, and they need to be able to offer same day refunds for their customers. Currently on the POS system in order to perform a refund on a specific check, the check needs to be from a day before and if you try to search for a check from current day the system does not allow to perform the refund.
That is the reason we are requesting for this feature to be added.
Julio, same-day refund can be performed by voiding closed check payment.
Future Order 86 Count Depletion.
Currently, online ordering deducts items on the 86 list. This works great for current day orders. Future orders for following days depletes from the current days 86. Can this be changed to reflect the deduction on the date of the future orders fulfillment?
"Print All" button from table layout screen
Accessing the "Print All" button, found in the Split by Seat menu, from the Table Layout screen.
A pop-up, prompting for print all seats or checks would be a great feature, as it requires the server to confirm that they're attempting to print all, whilst giving the option how to split the table.
Maybe building it into the print button altogether somehow, would love to hear some feedback on this.
Option to remove seat count from Table Layout
According to Brandon and Raquel from "14 Parish", the seat numbers on the tables should not be shown by default because, in their opinion, doing so confuses the waiters/servers.
They want an option to be able to remove the seat count from Table Layout display:

Pre-Auth Correct Amount
When using the pre-auth function under system options, it does not auto populate the current total on the check. This means that if the bartender pre-auths a tab after ringing in items, they must manually input a pre-auth amount which takes a lot of time. If they don't edit the total, it causes an error. Can this pre-auth option be adjusted to reflect the current total on the tab at the point that the button is pressed?
Cashier Out Report - Tipout Servers
When a server is tipped out their credit card tips / gratuities at the end of the night, usually every other POS system I've worked with will do the calculations for them on the Cashier Out Report letting the GM know if the server owes the house money or the House owes the Server money for their credit card tips. This is not automatically being done currently on your cashier out reports and it is very confusing and antiquated. It's 2022, this report needs to do the math for the customer!
On every Delivery there’s a five dollar charge to the customer. At the end of the delivery four dollars goes towards the restaurant and a dollar needs to go towards the drivers. Is there any way to organize this feature for one dollar on every delivery

This would help because at the end of the night the reports show the driver owing five dollars to the house when the truth is one dollar is kept by the driver. So separating it at the end of each delivery appropriately would help a lot.
2) Also we put in a request a while ago can you please help with the military time that shows up on the list of active enclosed orders. Regular time non-military time would make things a lot easier
3) Also a follow up we sent a request to please put the delivery zones at the top of each respective delivery ticket. This would make life so easy for the staff and it’s just a minor adjustment for you all to make on the backend. My name is Alberto and I am the owner of Alberto’s pizzeria in Volusia County. We do have this option available in production, share %age of delivery with Driver and Store.
Kitchen print name for modifiers
Add the ability to have different kitchen print name for modifiers, same like menu items, useful when having modifiers in a different language and still be able to show correctly on customer receipt and CDS.
