SMS Text alert for take our and online completed orders

Other systems now provide an SMS text feature for completed orders. We have been getting this request often in the wake of COVID and contactless procedures. This ensures customers do not hang around the dining area while waiting for their food, instead are alerted to come in when it is definitively ready.

Benseron Printer - Dual Cash Drawer function

The Benseron BT printer does not work with Dual Cash Drawer feature. We often sell this printer, so it is unfortunate that dual cash drawer does not work.

there should be sorting option in Enterprise Reports like sort by quantity, sort by Sale Amount CAD$ etc

I am having hard time finding which items are most selling items with other scenarios. Currently there is no option to sort them, I have to look each and every items to find out.

Declined transaction receipt

I would like to have the option to receive a declined transaction receipt in order to show customer proof that his/her card was indeed declined and with that some assurance. Please get back to me with a possible turn around time for this feature. Thanks!

Loyalty enhancements / fixes

When attempting to apply a loyalty award, and the transaction fails because the customer has not met the point requirement, can we have the error state WHY the transaction failed? Currently it just says, 'unknown error'. '

Additionally, can we have Loyalty tender NOT present when the requirements are not met?

Require Manager Code to use a particular POS button

Hello,

I am looking to have the ability to prevent my staff from using a certain POS menu button and to require a Manager Code every time they try & use it.


I would only want Admin & GM/Manager to be able to use it with out the required Code.  


Similar to when a staff member tries to transfer a table and can not do it with out a mgr code entered.
