Clock in/out paper waste
Hello. Is there a way to stop paper printing when the employees clock in and out? in order to reduce the paper waste!
Restrict FOH from editing all information on customer account without warning
There should be a very clear disclaimer that you are editing information on an existing customer. There should also be basic permissions so we can have a user who can create new, but not edit/delete crucial information
Round up to Dollar (Donations)
Give option to round up to nearest dollar to donate change for charity, etc.
Future Order Payment
The ability to pay for a future order before the scheduled pick up time. Example: If a customer comes in a few minutes early to pick up their order the cashier should be able to move the check to active so they can close the check out.
Adding the option to make a modifier group under Modify Item Optional and allow for multi-select or Mandatory and give it a minimum and maximum option.

As of right now if you add a Modifier Group to a Modifier Item you have to select Modify With and select one and if you want to select a second Modifier you have to go back into the Modify With button, it doesn’t allow to Multi-Select. It also doesn’t have an option to make that Modify With option a forced option. As of right now the Modify With can be overlooked/ignored/forgotten and Items can go to the kitchen without the corresponding Modifier.
Ex.
- Modifier is Add Salad > Prefixe is Type of Side Salad (Caesar, Greek, Arugula etc…) and now I would like a forced modifier to choose a Dressing, meaning they have to select an option to continue.
- I would like to add an Egg on/to [insert food here] I would like a forced modifier for the Egg Style.
- Add Sliced Steak to my Salad, Forced Temp to the Steak.
Bank Deposit Print, Additional Field on Driver Status, Mobile Number Digits
Dear Team,
Requesting the following updates :
1. Bank Deposit should be mentioned on the Sales Report below Cash Drop Upon Day Close
2. On the driver status please add a additional field of 'settlement', as we have to check one by one wether the check was settled by card or online.
3. Mobile phone number should have a country prefix and eight digit mandatory. eg : UAE. 971 501234567
Separate hiding of items for QR and Takeaway
Currently if you hide an item from the online ordering system it hides it from the QR Table ordering system. As a full service restaurant that also does takeaways and deliveries as well as dine in this is a problem as there are items that are dine in only that you want customers to be able to order from the QR table ordering system but not from the takeaway and delivery side.
Manually type forced punch in/out rather than only use the up and down buttons
This one a pretty simple the up and down buttons for editing a clock in/out event are fine to have but make it so we can just type it as well. Easier than sitting there clicking up on the minute side many times.
format for credit card OLO
I have had many customers that have requested that a 'ghost' format (MM/YYYY) be shown in the credit card information box when placing an online order. It is very confusing because they are not sure to enter a 4-digit year or 2-digit year. Also there should be a format for entering a card number. Many people type their card number in 4 digit blocks. It is very difficult to type a 15-16 digit string and many people get frustrated and therefore abandon the process. Maybe an 'auto-format' for the card number to include a space after every 4 digits (#### #### #### ####)?? Or with an AMEX card do an auto-format such as #### ###### #####. This would help with card validations and many frustrated customers.
