Automatically prompt a Menu item quantity for Banquet and catering per person menus
Prompt for Manager Approval
If an employee role does not have permission to perform an activity it should prompt for a manager code instead of being greyed out completely. (Example - Server Role does not have permission to Tax Exempt. The server should be able to log into the check, press the Tax Exempt button, and have a manager input their code to allow Tax Exempt.) Same option available for Open Items, Pay Outs, etc.
Edit Account Users in Enterprise
Allow Users who log in via the dealer portal to edit Account Users in an Enterprise store. Not only the account super user.
Insight app employee logged in
On the insight app, be able to show which employees are clocked in or on break or missing based off of schedule.

Multiple items with the same name
There are times when you have the exact same item in multiple menus/sub-menus but due to the limitation of no name duplication this is not possible.
Scenario 1 - There are multiple bars located in a venue. A Budweiser at the inside bar costs $4 plus tax (tax add), a Budweiser purchased at an outside bar costs $5 (tax inclusive). These are the same items purchased from the vendor but are sold differently in the venue. The Category would both be BEER but the Sub-Category would be different as they are on different menus with different tax strategies but still selling the same items in both bars. Yes a simple name change may suffice but ideally the name would be the same given it is the same item.
Scenario 2 - Same as above except the same price and tax. Site wants a "speed screen" type button as the outside bar only has a limited selection of items they sell and they don't want the staff to have to navigate the various menus to find the items. Currently you have to rename the items to do this which then you have to add them together on the Sales Reports even though it is the exact same item.
Not allowing duplicate names makes sense to maintain a cleaner/smaller database but the limitations outweigh the advantages.
Online Ordering Discounts
We have multiple automatic discounts that we use in the POS and it would be great if they also worked through Online Ordering. Right now we've had to set up a coupon code to make them work. In the POS just ordering certain items will make the discount apply, it would be great if this worked in online ordering as well.
Storage Location Stocktake and Transfer
When it come to stocktakes and stock control we are always finding quicker ways to to this vital task. We found the most effective and fastest way to do this is to issue the kitchen shift with the stock they need to prep and for that day. And to do stocktake in that location and the bar every day and all the other locations on other days.So What we do is Stocktake The Freezer Room on a Wednesday the Main cold room on a Thursday and the Beverage Cold Room on a Friday. So the feature request is to be able to do stock takes per location and be able to transfer stock between these locations. And it will also help to see what is in the bar and what i have spare in its storage location.
clock settings
your OLO throttle settings only have to do with OLO. We have both dine in, phone orders, and OLO. The throttling doesn't take into account all these other factors. Our phone orders way exceed our OLO orders. I would like to have a way where we can adjust the clock to be a 30 minute or 45 minute clock based on all orders coming into restaurant. Please make a way where we can control this based on all orders. Thank you
Report for merged checks / transferred checks / transferred items
this crucial information is missing from the reports.
check numbers disapear when you merge checks and multiple scams arise from transferring of items and tables and currently there is a gap in the auditing process
