role permissions
there should be a permission that a particular role can reopen any of their tickets. At the moment the permission 'open all checks' has to be enabled. This allows them to open another persons ticket, which is a security issue. The purpose of this is so a 'role' may reprint a credit card slip. If you cant make a permission to allow one to open their own tickets, please make a permission that a 'role' can reprint a credit card slip. Sometimes the paper gets jammed or the printer runs out of paper.
Have PAX credit card prompt customer for tip
Can you please create a build for the PAX credit card machines to prompt the customer to leave a tip? All of us in this industry rely on tips, especially during these trying times. If prompted for a tip when charging their card the customer would be more likely to leave a tip.
loyalty report request
When exporting customer data, in addition to what we can already pull from the system (contact info and birthday) it would be helpful to know how many visits each customer has been in and the dates of each, how many days since last visit, what their total (cumulative) purchase amount has been, what their cumulative loyalty points are (the points seem to zero out once they are redeemed), and average ticket. Without this data it is hard to know who the most loyal customers are that I would want to target marketing towards.
Change time on phone orders
The location sets the time, but when taking the order if it's too large they want to be able to adjust the time to be more accurate. However, the only way to do so currently is to make a new ticket which wastes time.
We would like to have the option to change the time as needed. Example, click on "To Go" or whatever it is set as, and be able to see the times again to change as needed.
New Report Request
Report that displays daily sales revenue and the corresponding customer purchase information on the same report.
Example: Link daily sales report to customer profile reports for customers that came in that day.
