Ability to do cut and modify by fixed price
We would like the ability to do cut and modify pricing using a fixed price instead of a percentage.
A couple of our customers like the look of using the left side/ right side pizza icon on the order screen, but they charge the half pizza toppings at various percentages of a full pizza topping so we are unable to use that feature.
Quantity column on receipts
I would like the quantity column to be to the left of the item, so that the quantity & amount are not side by side.
Clock in/out paper waste
Hello. Is there a way to stop paper printing when the employees clock in and out? in order to reduce the paper waste!
Separate hiding of items for QR and Takeaway
Currently if you hide an item from the online ordering system it hides it from the QR Table ordering system. As a full service restaurant that also does takeaways and deliveries as well as dine in this is a problem as there are items that are dine in only that you want customers to be able to order from the QR table ordering system but not from the takeaway and delivery side.
***Print Kitchen Orders on Bluetooth Printer***
We need the option to print kitchen orders on the Bluetooth connected customer receipt printers.
This is particularly needed when there’s no option to connect to IP enabled kitchen printers such as in a food truck environment.
Sales Report While Having Open Orders
As a manager (or server if I choose) I need to be able to get a current sales report at any time during the day even if there are open orders. The system currently doesn't allow a sales report to be generated if orders are open. I've never seen this in any POS programs where a manager can't see their total sales at a glance on front POS. PLEASE MAKE THIS A PRIORITY. Thank you.
AUTO CLOCK OUT AFTER CASHIER OUT
Have the ability to have the option for Employees to Clock Out after they Cashier out in the Till Management > Reports screen. And have the Clock Out time reported in their Cashier Out report.
Flow/Example: When Employees Click on "Cashier Out" pop up comes and gives them option to "Clock Out" also and then followed by "Do you want to print Cashier Out" option (which it does now).
Service Charge - Indian Market
We have to implement Service Charge at 7.5% for Indian market . This is not part of Tax structure. All food and Beverages will have 7.5% service charge . The service charge part of food will be taxed at 5% GST. We are already at stage of going live and was a show stopper today. Kindly keep this as a high priority requirement as the Tax structure and Service charge for Indian market is not configurable.
