Customer Purchase History Report
Merchant would like the ability to see an item purchase history for a customer. This merchant has loyalty and we know we can click into previous orders in the customer history, but they would like to be able to run a report or at least see a list of every item a customer has purchased.
Transaction Report Sorting Employee Filter
The Transaction Report does not have employee sorting. Another thread was created and closed stating that it can be done in Sale Summary, but unfortunately Tips and Gratuity are not part of that report. Please add sorting by employee in Transaction Report or add the column for Tips and Gratuity to Sale Summary Report.
Void reports on Enterprise Level Reports
There are no void reports on the enterprise level reports which provide significant data. We need to go to each store and generate a void report for that store separately which takes a whole lot of time. Say we have 50 Stores we would need to do this 50 consecutive time to retrieve data.
Report Output Name
For Sales Recap Reports being emailed out daily, it would be very helpful to have the business name and date in the file name that is sent out in the email. Currently, all sales recap reports generated are just named SaleRecapReport. If a customer with 15 sites is having them emailed to a certain email, they can't just download them and know which is which based on the file name.
Total check count for active checks
On the dashboard if you click the active checks button the system will list the current active checks with a total dollar amount for Net sale, Tax, Discount, and Grand sale. Could you add a total for the total number of active checks(a check count)?
Sales report for a specific item, by serving size, by the hour, not the entire day.
Would like to be able to see a report of a specific menu item, in a specific serving size, we sell each hour.
Report/Sales Tracking Enhancement for the different points of sale
We would like to be able to compare sales from the different platforms. in extension, they should also be separate on the store dashboard as well with the combined being the main/default. OLO already has its own tab on the dashboard but as far as I can tell Mobile is grouped in with this one.
This would mean being able to differentiate between the different methods of sales:
- iPad POS
- Web Order
- Mobile Order
- Kiosk
Feedback reporting
Would be helpful if we could have a customer email when the response is coming from someone NOT in the loyalty db. We don't want restaurants to receive poor feedback and not have a way to respond.
Additionally, can we have the email address included in the feedback report section?
To include in discount alert: total amount of check, name of guest from guest profile.

Pricing for Retail Items
Linga currently uses a “markup percentage pricing method to set the selling price of a retail item. This makes the process of creating retail items much longer. Additionally it gives the merchant less control over desired pricing and forces the use to use decimals. We would like the ability to simply enter our item cost and item selling price as well without margin input requirement. Please see example included.
