House account statement format should be reworked as a document that can folded and placed in a window envelope and mailed.  The current format needs to be polished and reworked as to be able to mail the document.

Add if/then rules for modifiers

Not sure the best way to implement this but  an issue we are running into is that if customers or new employees use the register/kiosk they do not have a good grasp of our recipes. I'd like to be able to set modifiers to not be allowed under certain conditions

ex. IF item has a syrup(any modifier/modifier group) THEN the sugar options won't allow user to select anything other than 100% or No because we would typically add only the minimum amount of sugar because of the syrup.

Maybe under each item after the "Mandatory Modifier Groups" section there could be one that says "Modifier Rules" that would allow for modifiers to follow statements like this.

Add a feature that allows us to organize the "My Stores" Tab

To be able to organize the stores on our "My Stores" tab in the back office. Having an option to do by number would be helpful, but it would be best to give the option to move them around manually.

Report By Day Part

Need all reports to be able to be run for a specific time period or day part.

If we could define day parts - Breakfast 6am-9am, lunch 11am-4pm, Dinner 4pm-12am, then run a report by day part so see all sales, discounts, payments etc

Have actual numbers visible instead of the Graph or at least the option to select [Report or Graph] as an option

Display Groups: Add "available time" option just like it is available in categories, subcategories and items.

Description:

The condition is: A display group needs to show up on the screen ONLY at one specific time or multiple times in the day.

Currently, the Display Group can be set up to show up on a day of the week and then be restricted to show up only in one time period.


This option does not work if I have a happy hour menu that I need to show up only every Tuesday from 03:00 PM to 05:00 PM and then from 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM.

We have many restaurant customers where we use a different software solution. The need for a unique scheduled menu is prevalent with our customers (Brunch menu, Special occasions menu, holiday menus, happy hour menus, etc.).

Enterprise Menu Control

We are able to copy items to another store from the menu configuration tool, but we are not able to change the same items across multiple stores, remove/deactivate the same item from across multiple stores, or mass add a new item to multiple stores. We have central inventory control, will we have central menu control?

Many of our previous POS software solutions provided a feature that allowed us to access logs that we can run broken down by individual terminal. These logs were invaluable for identifying any issues related to check, such as printing errors or problems associated with EMV transactions, logs that show clock in and out compared to a report in the BO, any and anything that is related to the function of the software.. However, our current system lacks this essential functionality, which hinders our ability to troubleshoot accounts effectively. As a 24/7 support dealer, we rely on Linga support to retrieve this critical information. We urgently require access to these check reports.
