Bar Tabs POS operation
The Bar Tab operation with the setting Customer Name should not be at the start of every sale. A bartender typically rings up/enters the sale and would touch Cash, Payment or Finish. If the bartender hits Finish, that is when the Customer Name question should be asked. You never know until the end of the ring up whether it's going to be paid, or turned into a tab.
DESELCT INCLUDED MODIFIERS IN ONLINE ORDERING
The ability to deselect included modifiers in online ordering, the same way you can on the POS. This would eliminate the need for "no" prefixes and "no" modifier groups. It would look better on OLO and the kitchen ticket.

Requesting to add a Feature
Hi Team.
I just wanted to request if we can add a feature on the POS System, that will give the capability to modify or Edit the Clock-in Time of the employee even if they haven't clocked-out yet.
It's a real-time capability to edit their clock-in and clock-out time.

Right now you are using "completed" then when we go and read what you did in the topic and we find out you are not going to do it or are unable to do it and mark it "complete" just to close down the topic. This would make the forum faster to sift through.

iPads is stuck on offline
I have two iPads and one of them says offline and the other is online. Every time I try to connect the one that is offline it also disconnects the other iPad and both of them get stuck offline. This is the second time this has happened. The one that is stuck offline will not print tickets or payments also. I have also talk to someone from support but still nothing has been resolved.
