scheduler - end time
Have the option to hide the end time (look at Sling) as many restaurants do not have an actual "end" time - the employees shift is over when the work is complete.
Give the option to remove tip line (or "additional tip") when tip is added
Would be nice to have the option to have the tip line removed (including "additional tip") completely when the tip has been added. As of now it is either all or nothing.
Optional Pre-auth Pop Up
It would be amazing to have the option to turn on the automatic pop up function to pre-auth a tab. Some cash-heavy bars spend a lot of time pressing cancel. Since we can add it to the check options panel at the bottom of the screen, the pop up may not be needed for some bars.
Gratuity and discounts
A gratuity should not be affected by a check or item discount. An example is if is check is $1000.00 and there is a 10% gratuity ,the Gratuity should be $100. If there is a 10 percent discount applied and the check goes to 900.00 the gratuity should stay at $100.00 and not go down to $90.00. Discounts should not affect gratuity
Ability to add a Role to a Display Group
It would be nice to have the ability to add a Role to the Display Group like you can for a Category. This would allow custom display groups to be displayed in the POS based on the Role of the user.
Default Product Database by Reseller
Giving a reseller the ability to set a default product/menu database for trial account users relating to their dealer code
Add Labor Reporting to Sales Recap
Can some Labor reporting be added to the Close Day/Sales Recap report for management that might not have access to employee reporting in the back office.

Can you add in a field in Labor reports to include the labor cost % based on sales?
So if we did $300 in sales and labor was $100 that day, the labor cost was 3% of that days sales.

Add Being Made on Other Stations on Kitchen Prints
This is a nice feature I see on other POS when it comes to QSR. On the picture below you can see 3 prep areas for kitchen printing. The first 2 slips on the left show the items being made at that station in large font. You will notice on the 3rd slip to the right there is the large font on what needs to be made on that station and a separator (highlighted in yellow) that says being made at other stations. This implies there are other items on the order that are being prepared at other prep areas to help with the timing of the order. Some items may cook a lot faster than others like in this example where the pizzas can take double the time to cook unlike the fried items at the top in large print.
This being made on other stations separator should be customizable as well with options to turn it on or off, select font size (typically just need it small font for quick viewing and not take a lot of space on ticket) and whether to show the items and modifiers or just the items themselves.
Add cash expected to Role Based Payroll report
We allow servers to offset their ss tips with any cash tendered that shift. In order to properly pay the cc tips (less cash expected) on payroll, we need the cash expected numbers on that report by employee by shift. This is a rather urgent situation.
