Reporting Employe summery item sold

We are looking for a way to run a report to see how many items in individual employee has sold…. I can’t seem to figure it out and was hoping you could provide a way to do so…


We are looking for a report that breaks down item sales by employee’s –

EX – run report for sale of AYCE Shrimp – sorts by employee name shows quantity sold/net $ sold etc

We just started a Seafood Fest special and want to be able to compare between stores who the top selling ee’s are, run contests etc.

Add a field for "Loyalty Accumulation Percentage" in the Import/Export file

Discounts have a field called "Loyalty Accumulation Percentage" that can change how many points a loyalty customer receives when that discount is applied. This field cannot be edited within the import/export excel sheet. Please add it. Thank you!

Reopen checks Rigths

When you disable "Reopen checks" in the backoffice also it disable that employees can access to open checks. Checks that are in the Active tabs.

It must be two different rights.

REVENUE CENTER

Set it up so that FOH employees are assigned to a revenue center instead of the iPad (terminal)... that way if a server closes a check at the bar - it still closes if off as "revenue center A" instead of "revenue center B".

BLACK OUT DATES

  • Blocking a date for only certain categories... for example, there is a certain date that servers and bartenders cannot call off however it is open for the kitchen staff to still request off - as of now it all or nothing.

  • When making a new week's schedule - if you got to a person's name to schedule them and go to "template" - previously saved ones do not show up. You have to create a new one. Once you do this, all the previous ones finally will show up; however, if you use one of the previous templates and then click save - it publishes the day at the same time.

Messages in Scheduler

I see someone else addressed this 3 years ago but it has never been addressed/updated... option to message everyone. Give managers/admin the ability to send a message to all employees using the platform

swap shift

  • Swap Shift is a nice feature - would also be nice if there was an option to offer a shift (let people in their category know that someone is looking for someone to cover their shift) or if someone simply just takes another person's shift, to have the option to get that improved (they aren't swapping shifts, just one person taking another persons shift)...
