Is it possible to have pop out screen upon making open item for VAT purposes so the branch will be notified if they put tax t the transactions they made. thank you!

****Linga KDS - Prep Time vs Order Time, Order Alerts, Specific Modifier to specific KDS****

  1. There needs to be an option to allow the prep time clock to start AFTER the order has been placed at the register not at the time the check is opened. Currently as soon a check is opened the time clock starts and if the customer takes 3-4 minutes to place an order it will show in the KDS that time. This makes it very difficult to track how fast the kitchen is preparing the orders as it combines order time with prep time. 
  2. There needs to be an option to enable an Alert or Beep sound similar to kitchen printers when an order is fired to the KDS.
  3. There needs to be an option to fire specific modifiers within the Item to specific KDS. For example, if a Burger is ordered, there needs to be a way to fire the patty to KDS Grill, the veggies to KDS Prep and fries to KDS Frier while maintaining the order number across the KDS displays.

It would be extremely convenient if we could hold a till while someone was on lunch break and then reopen the till when they return.  Right now, if you hold a till you can only close it, not reactivate it.  This causes me to have to close out a cashier for their lunch break and then close out their relief after only 30 minutes to try to keep everyone accountable for their funds.
