Currently visible only on kitchen prep tickets. when they place an order online they call us to confirm we got what they typed under that section. We can’t see it either unless we fire the order to the kitchen printer.
Ability to Collapse and Expand for Modifiers Groups

Customer Phone Number on confirmation emai
Is it possible to include the customers phone number on the email confirmations? This would help the customers realize they have given an incorrect or incomplete phone number.

Minimum/Maximum amount of an order on OLO under throttling settings
Throttling settings should have a condition of minimum/maximum amount of an order for OLO.
For example - if an order is under 50$ then the estimated time of preparation should be set to 10 mins and if the total order amount is over 50$ then the estimated time of preparation should be set to 20 to 30 mins.

PICKUP AND DELIVERY
On online ordering could it show something more clear to let know the customer if they doing pickup or delivery not just the Orange Highlight button. Something More visible to tell them they On delivery or pickup page for example to them don't have to scroll down to start ordering and probably make it more customizable to add colors, emojis change Theme etc.
integration with DeliveryFirst.com
Hi, please look into adding a direct integration with deliveryfirst.com. they are a local network of drivers who allow restaurants to save a lot of fees from uber eats/doordash/grubhub.
This company already integrates with Toast and local merchants are considering switching POS if they can keep the benefits of deliveryfirst drivers.
Uber direct OLO Integration
I request to integrate Uber Direct delivery into OLO. Currently Doordash drive is setup but also unavailable to Canadian customers. Moreover Doordash is much smaller in Toronto and doesn't have a large driver's network.
The only workaround as of now for Canadian customers is to use Deliverect Integration + Online ordering. This means replacing OLO + paying deliverect Integration + paying 3.1% processing fees on every order.
Uber Direct is now integrated with many pos systems and have all the resources on the Uber Direct Developer Resource page.
Please let me know as this is a vital service I need to setup that supposed to be included in my service.
Catering on OLO requires 24 hour notice
For LINGA OLO,
All items can be ordered ASAP, except catering category- which requires a 24-hour notice minimum.
Mo'Cha Bubble tea wants a direct - skip the dishes integration please, does not want deliverect. Too much additional cost.
