We would like another tip line labeled "Delivery Charge" on the credit card receipt. I also want it to properly deduct on the sales cap report for "over/short?

We would like to be able to set auto gratuity by item, not just by seat count. So for instance, we may have a beverage item that shouldn’t have auto gratuity, but apply auto gratuity on food items.

in addition to Sales Amount, Quantity , Tax, Discount, % of Sales and Price Level. 

our customer base is a bit older, and they struggle to see that they need to choose "when" first.  Maybe an immediate pop up button when logging in, or move it to the center and bigger?

Cover Count to be reduced from total when check is voided 

It would be very helpful if you could program a button(s) to resend highlighted food items or drinks items to printers, instead of only being able to resend the entire check.

Currently, when looking through the report, the cash value only reflects the cash of purchases.  I'd like to request that the refund portion of the report be migrated within the cash portion to make it easier to see the true cash.
