Batch report category summary report
Next to where it shows the listed categories have the quantity of sales added
there should be sorting option in Enterprise Reports like sort by quantity, sort by Sale Amount CAD$ etc
I am having hard time finding which items are most selling items with other scenarios. Currently there is no option to sort them, I have to look each and every items to find out.
Integrate with Quickbooks
I need it to be able to use quickbooks and your system together
To-Go Service Type Filter in Sales Summary Report
RUZO Restaurant is our new customer. They have multiple mode of phone orders.. They are tracking using Phone-ToGO, ToGo, FoHere, Delivery
As of now we don't have "To-Go" Service Type Filter in Sales Summary Report.. Please make this filter available in Sales Summary report in our next BO production release
Gratuity Column on Daily Sale and/or Sale Summary Report
We would like to request that a column for gratuity be added to either the Sale Summary report and/or the Daily Sale report. The current format roles the gratuity into the Gross Receipt. This would make it much easier for the merchant to quickly see what tickets have gratuity added without having to search in other reports.
Add the function to reference transactions in reports
It would be nice to be able to reference orders from enterprise reports. We want to know what modifiers customers are combining. Example: we can pull a report on modifiers however from this we are unable to see what kind of teas customers are putting this add on(ie did they add cream as well?).
inventory reports in the report section
Have the Inventory reports in the Report section. Pretty straight forward.
Allow 'ROLES' for subcategories
I have setup my BackOffice so that I can sell items at a discount to our Wholesale customers, compared to regular price for Retail customers.
When setting up Categories there is a Role for "admin" so only an admin can see that category , but there is no such option for SubCategories.
This creates a problem for reporting. I have no way to see my total bread sales combined for retail and wholesale, as rather than having "retail bread" and "wholesale bread" under the "bread" category, I am forced to have "bread" and "wholesale bread" categories
Please add a Roles field for SubCategories!
Ticket and Item Movement Report
Ticket Movement By Acting User.pdfAuditing report request. A report that would track the movement of tickets and items between wait staff members would be highly useful. This would mitigate a lot of theft issues that are prevalent in restaurants of all types. Please see attached sample report. We're not looking for this format exactly but just as an example.
