Any thoughts on this? I have a customer whose accountant wants a Gift Card Liability report each month and at the moment, we cannot provide this in the software and have to submit a request to Dev to get the information. Seems like it would be a fairly easy report to create. I believe they just need to see the total outstanding gift card liability amount each month.

Yes, we have been getting beat up about it for a couple of years. We have trained around it using Split By Check in stead of Split By Seat and even used Discounts to allow items to be void. Looking forward this feature being added.
I noticed this behavior a week or so ago and just thought it was me doing something wrong as we were training a new user. I didn't dig into it, but this could be a pain. I have some customers who use the search heavily.
Yes. This needs to be a feature so a manager or administrator can see the employee pin.

I can't specifically confirm. I thought it was working but I feel like I do have customers whose employees forget to clock out and it keeps them clocked in until they clock in on their next shift and then it clocks them out. I have not have any calls about it and would need to test to confirm
