This is already an option. You can designate an item as 86'ble in BO an then you can manage the QTY from the iPad and it will countdown and disable the menu item when it reaches 0.

You could also separate the person onto their on check (split by check) and then merge them with the check you want to merge them with.
You can transfer items to another order/table so I think you can do what you want. Have you looked at that? When you're in the table layout screen, select Transfer at the bottom. Then you should have an option at the top to transfer items. You can select a check and then an item on that check and transfer it to another check. I'm not sure if you can do multiple items at once or not, I have not tested that. However it technically could achieve what you want.

So I have spent some time using the new UI and I do like it a lot! Thanks for the changes.
However, coming back to this request. You mentioned above filtering by Vendor, but that's for Purchase Orders. What we need is a filter by Vendor for Menu Item sales report. The customer purchases from multiple vendors and needs to be able to filter her menu item sales to show the sales for a particular vendor. This will help her as she does her weekly orders and save her a lot of time.
I'm attaching an image to show what I mean.
We would greatly appreciate this option.
