I have been having this same problem and I particularly see this on zero non taxable days. Because the method of the way they do tax it makes my net non taxable sales as a negative and that is impossible. I brought this up to them months ago and they have many other issues to fix so I guess this issue isn’t important to them. My workaround is to take the total taxable sales and multiply it by the tax rate (in my case 7%) and use that number as my tax. Otherwise my numbers do not work. 

The problem is there also needs to have an option to add service type "webtogo" also for removing S1 from the tickets. As of now there is no option

Yes that would be nice. When making a partial payment on any order, whether it be cash, gift card, etc , when reprinting the front end receipt to give customer it shows no payment has been made. The POS shows the payment made. Some customers make a partial payment via GC and want to pay the remainder. But when reprinting ticket it does not show the partial payment.

This says 'completed' but I still dont see that when closing day

In the past Linga has told me that this is available with the KDS. I would like to have it available with no KDS. But, the email would need to be 'customizable' due to how busy we are

Yes this would be very helpful. A of now as soon as the kitchen 86's something I need to jump online and turn the item off before someone orders.

There also needs to be a security switch that allows a 'role' to reopen their own checks. The purpose of this is mainly to reprint credit card slips

I cant get it to work even with changing settings
