Sales By Order Type Summary on Sales Recap and Close Day Report
We would like to see a sales summary by order type on the Sales Recap/Close Day report.
I know we can see it on the Dashboard and we can filter by order type/service type in the Sales Summary report, but it would be nice to have this summarized on the Sales Recap/Close Day report. I have been asked this multiple times now and with more and more restaurants focusing on carryout, it's becoming a metric they want to measure.

I'm getting this request again. Any chance we can get an update on this possibility. I'm going to teach the merchant how to grab the numbers from the dashboard but would love to see it on the Sales Recap and/or the Close Day Report.
Just wanting to nudge this one again :)
I agree, when a business owner needs to make staffing decisions or reconfigure their business on how many orders are to go versus dine-in this needs to be displayed on the sales re-cap report. Also it would be nice to have a break down of how many cash transactions, gift card etc.
This report is a must, at least for the owner to see profitably on whether it's worth keeping the inhouse Drivers on payroll.
It pains me to see that this was ignored for 2 years now.
I just got 2 Request for the Sales Recap to show the "Total Sales by Order Type" option from 2 seperate sights
Has there been any thoughts or updates on this?
