Yes, A training mode is an absolute necessity. Thank you. 

So many clients are disappointed in this product when I have to tell them that there's is no training mode and then proceed to compare with the other point of sale software they have worked with, that had all had training modes.

I want to thank you for updating this feature from 5 minutes to 30 seconds. It's an improvement.

I would also like to leave two comments on this feature update.


1- I don't understand why you have to put a minimum of 30 seconds.  Do you really need to set a minimum?   I can easily see some of my clients asking to set it even lower like 3 or 5 seconds.  30 seconds does not serve the purpose if you want auto logoff because you don't want the next server walking up to use the same employee number as the last employee.

2- Also worth noting that for those clients who are presently using this feature and had a setting from 5 to 29 minutes, this feature will now be in error because the setting has changed from minutes to seconds, changing your 5 minutes to 5 seconds and anything lower than 30 seconds is in error.

In Transaction report, sorting columns would be so great.  Sort by card type, sort by employee.

On any report, sorting column is so important.  Please make this happen as soon as possible.

You have this auto log off feature set with a minimum 5 minutes log off.  That is definitely not low enough.  This setting needs to allow in seconds.  When an employee walks away from the terminal and forgets to log off, there's always another employee that comes in within seconds and settles their own table on the previous employee number and that affects the cashout report and tips of all employees concerned.  Please change this ASAP to allow as low as a few seconds.  I have POS clients that are really not happy about all the extra work to sort out the cashout reports and tip of their employees.

What spread sheet are you talking about? where do I find it?  On what screen?  Are you talking about product, modifiers, category and sub category buttons?

Yes, this is very irritating.  Please keep product as is when changing category or sub category.

Yes, ability to see sales report even if I have open orders.

Alternative would be to pop up a list of what it's attached to.  Such a pain to try to find what it's attached to when you have several hundred items.  Not very efficient the way it is now.

Should have more than 12 colors to choose from.

Also, why is the default initial category and sub category button color black when black is not a color offered.  So, If I select another color for a category and then I decide to go back to black, I can't do it.  So now all my other category buttons are black because I like it black, I can't match the one button that I wanted to try another color because I can't choose to go back to black.
