As a quality of use issue, it would be a good idea to see what is linked to what in most areas. When you look at Departments it would be nice to see what you have linked to the Department. Under sizes see what Categories has those sizes in it. Under the Categories or subcategories be able to see what Product items are in them. In an addition to seeing them can click on the item and jump to what you want to edit. Makes editing in the back office much faster.
Our client also would like a way to change the view so the cashier would have a way to see the description of the Item and picture like they have in the Kiosk Application.
There should be a way to change the generic customer name on the tickets. They currently say Walkin and there is no way to change that. For this store we are using the floating tab for the Drive thru window and all of the tickets Say “Walkin” this would be nice to change.
to copy items in the inventory area would also be a huge help.
If you “Delete” an item which makes it inactive the item will hold on to its name. To use the name again you must activate the Item and either edit it to your liking or open it and change its name and then deactivate it again. Would be nice to have the option to flat out delete it with a warning page popping up of. Are you sure?
Also Display button custom color doesn’t show the HEX code for the color and there is no way from the back office to input that color. The only way you can do it is from the Spread sheet and import it in. This would be a great feature!
Our current client wants it to be able to be resized their buttons. They have their menu on a large iPad and the buttons are super small and they have huge blank area that has nothing in it.
Plus when you select for here, the system should at lest have the option to take you automatically to the floor maps.
Need to have the ability to turn this off. Why is this being done for QSR, Phone and Delivery orders I do not understand. Plus it messes up the formatting of the kitchen slips when it prints

I agree, when a business owner needs to make staffing decisions or reconfigure their business on how many orders are to go versus dine-in this needs to be displayed on the sales re-cap report. Also it would be nice to have a break down of how many cash transactions, gift card etc.
