Tip / Gratuity Report

Add a toggle on the gratuity report to include Tips.  You will have the option of just show Gratuity, Tips or Gratuity + Tips.

Tip Report - I have another partner and a customer asking for this very thing. Something like the attached Tip Report would make them very happy.
