Employee settings payroll

Under user management, once salary is selected under payroll options, it may not be deleted. Please fix this.

Hi Rich, 

We are not allowed to delete the Payroll details, since it was used for calculating the existing payroll for the employee. We can create new Payroll details to an user with New effective dates.
