Pinging this again. This is becoming a big issue with places that want to do pre-auth tabs and it's making us not want to recommend Linga in those situations. To a merchant, it makes no sense. We have created a discount/comp as a workaround, but it would be great to get a solution for this. 

Yes, we have had similar request and it would be a good option to have.

Checking on this again. We are running into this frequently. Recently, we installed Linga at a bar and they do pre-auth bar tabs. If they pre-auth the Bar Tab, they're not able to void an item from the check without removing the pre-auth payment.

Any movement on this request? We have had this request as well. We need a way for a merchant to run a report that would show a summary of items needed for coming orders so they can properly prep.

Yes. We are dealing with this issue at a merchants now. I'm trying to convince them to turn off their guests wifi access to help.

Would it be possible to get an additional column added to the report to show show the COGS for each item as well? This would allow the customer a better way to monitor their costs and we would also want it to export the data when the customer exports the report to Excel or CSV.

Yes. We need this and even better would be to have an option to print future orders immediately if the merchant wants to. A lot of customers want future orders to print immediately and then they hang them on a slide rail in the kitchen to keep track of it.
