This is a needed option. The advantage of that is to minimize any confusion when there are multiple modifier groups. This way we know what modifiers follow which modifier group without much thinking. As an example, I have an item that has two modifier groups (First Pizza Toppings and Second Pizza Toppings). It would be very helpful to see in the kitchen receipt printer something like this:
First Pizza Toppings
Mushrooms
Spinach
Second Pizza Toppings
Spinach
Pepperoni
This is Uber Eats, DoorDahs and other online companies do.
