Mandatory Reason for Discounts
Add a reason/description (optionally forced or not) when applying discounts

The reason is the name of the discount.
But the ability to add the NOTE to a discount allows the cashier to add info like "who approved the use of the discount or for whom the discount was used for. Example, if Owner advises the Cashier to provide a 50% Discount for Family, they can add the Family persons name and/or who authorized the use of the discount.
