Feedback for new Marketing Tool

I tried creating a campaign and sending a test email to myself, but I never received it.
I feel like a merchant should be able to create a campaign and save it as a draft without having any credits available. This would allow them to create an email campaign and make all the edits to it. Then save it and when they were ready to send it, they could purchase credits and send it. However, when I tried to save it for later and save a draft of the campaign, I received a warning that I didn't have enough credits and then the page just sat spinning. I clicked on the Campaigns menu option on the left menu and there were zero campaigns. Just a thought.
