Customer Info Prompt Before TOGO/PICKUP Order

Hallo!

Could you please make a setting so when taking TOGO/PICKUP order it prompts a server to fill up customer's information with mandatory Name and Phone number?

Otherwise, it creates chaos in the kitchen when they forget to do it manually.

We do have this option available when system will go to customer profile before starting the Togo/ForHere orders. Setting is under OPERATIONS --> POS SETTINGS --> ORDER TYPES --> REQUIRED PHONE NUMBER FOR FOR HERE ORDER --> NEED TO ENABLE

I got a workaround for that. 

There is a setting in the POS settings of the App.

How to close this request?

Which setting are you using? Are you able to get it to prompt only for ToGo or Pickup?

Toggle called: "Require Phone Number for ForHee Order"

I'm getting the same form for TOGO as for the Delivery.

Merchant needs it for each order, so I don't know if you can set if for only one or another

Ok. I saw the settings and that was my concern is that it will prompt for all orders...

For the delivery it does it automatically.

With that setting it will do it for TOGO, but it might affect Dine-In as well, so test it before deployment.
