Adjust Modifier Quantities in Conversation Mode

If a menu item is in conversation mode the minimum/maximum number of times a modifier can be chosen is no longer available. Example: Street Tacos have a pick three option beef, chicken, shrimp. Wait staff should be able to pick 2 chicken and 1 shrimp or any other variation of three. We would like for this option to be available when using or not using conversation mode.
