Receipt Options on the Customer Facing Display

Currently there is no option to have customer choose their receipt option on the Customer Facing Display after they have signed/paid for the order. We would like to give the customers the option to select themselves.

This feature is released to production today. Feature is available in new POS build 4.4(1.7) and CDS 3.0.4(2.2). We really appreciate everyone's patience with this feature. Please test and share your feedback!

Customer has requested this again and again as they process more than 30,000 transactions monthly and need to put the receipt functionality into the hands of the customer and take them away from the cashier.  Especially since Covid merchants want to put as much entry onto the customer and away from the cashier.

Any Update on this? We are also getting various customers requesting this.

I too get asked about it weekly!

How is this option not out of the box?  What is taking so long?  How is it the employee still has to "ask the customer" which receipt option they would like, enter their phone number, email address, etc.  WAY to time consuming for employees for customers not being able to do this on their own.
