Adding Loyalty Points to a Customer Account
It would be helpful if it was possible to manually add reward points to a specific customer account. I have had instances where I had duplicate accounts in the system and being able to delete one after adding additional points to the account that I would like to keep would be helpful.

Thank you for your feedback about the Loyalty points, there is a way to add more points to a customer loyalty account, as well as extract all customer data from the system. Well, it was support that told me to post these as enhancement requests since I first asked the question of the helpdesk and was told these couldn't be accomplished at this time. So instead of passing me back to support, can you tell me how to accomplish both?
