The ability to pay on a house account from the back office.
My employees charge items and take advances. My back office is at my home. When I do payroll I need the ability to pay their house account. I know I can change their account amount, but what i think it does is credit their account like it never happened. Won't that throw off my sales and inventory? How will it affect my sales for that day? Is there a way to have the report show separate groups of house accounts paid, so I can track what not to expect in the money for that day? Just installing the POS so don't really know what it shows. It would be great to have HAC1 HAC2 Maybe even HAC3 and larger buttons to work with!
